Nice timing, I can finish up my Wed meeting and get home before it gets too dark out. Just jumped right into it even though I was feeling kinda tired. Good shake out, pace came real easy and naturally. Kinda sore actually but calves felt real good. Weather today was great, rain took a break amazing sun and clear skies today.
Essentials: Stretch
Ok stretch when I got back, but I was hungry and dehydrated too need to refuel. Thinking more about that than stretching honestly.
