Weather: mid-40s, nice, QUIET
Comments:
Slept in, but not super-well. The saunua last night was a little much for my system (this can happen / is expected!).
Faffed around then, anticipating a big sacrifice by CA, we drove to Brice Creek (east of Cottage Grove, 45min drive) for a trail run.
I was apprehensive: last week's 8-miler felt SHITTY, so I wasn't sure what a potential longer run would feel like.
But it felt pretty damn good! We kept it SUPER-easy. Trail conditions were pretty good, but sloppy at times.
