Pretty lazy day, but did get some strength work in.
REALLY working on lateral hip massage to unlock hip ROM! Pretty incredible results!
SLEEP (last night)
* surprisingly good! Nearly 9 hours? (10-7:30?)
* up, "gassy" at midnight, and pounded water
* not up again til pee at maybe 5
* did take a half allegra last night, just in case (also Friday night)
