Comments:
Family day so campus and lab was closed. Stayed home. Just fine because our winter wonderland started to melt into a muddy shithole. Slush everywhere, which is more slippery than the snow, and not even as sturdy as straight up mud. You don't get that dirty because it just splashes outward. For what I could make out of it, pace was actually pretty good going out, but I hit a wall and started to feel slow and strained on the way back. It was warming up so comfortable throughout. Good push after feeling good on my long run yesterday.
Essentials: Stretch
Ok stretch when I got back. Calves a little tight but legs are actually pretty good from yesterday. Just feel drained and hungry when I got back, might have been from being cooped up all day.
