AM campus loop

Comments:
Another easy campus loop. Working on nasal breathing only (4 breaths/steps in, 4 out).

Felt pretty good, though the ankles/feet were stiffer than usual.

Rest of day:
* patients 8-11
* met with Christine, a former Business Networking "group mate" and owner of a property management company. I think we're going to Airbnb our house! (Could actually "profit", beyond covering our rather high expenses for mortgage, utilities and taxes). Exciting!
* OML Thursday
* Had a PROMISING chat with THE "Dr. Lam" regarding Adrenal Fatigue. Excited to get some (better) help on this.
* napped
* did some late afternoon/early evening work
