Comments:
Super sunny and nice today. Borderline ok for shorts and flip flops. I did it on my mid day trip to Tims but noticed it was super windy. On my run, got tossed around but planned it so that as I was near the water, the wind was to my back. I was flying down the path, picked up the pace a lot in that section. Didnt want to face the steep hill so I went down to Balaclava and came back up Puget. Was shielded from the wind in the neighborhood, but definitely slowed down a bit on the way back. Calves were pretty tight today, been a while since I got a good run in.

Essentials: Stretch, roll

Good stretch and roll when I got back. Oh man I needed that run today after a grinder of a week. Stomach wasn't too cramped along the way either so I times it just right.
