Qty: 10:30p-4a (5.5)
Quality: POOR. Tough falling asleep, then slept good...then woke up at 4 and just *knew* could not fall asleep. Not horribly wired, just incapable of falling back asleep.

Diet:
* salad + 3 burgers (7:30-8?)
* dessert: 5 heavenly hunks?
* NO alcohol (fake beer at 7)

Meds:
* full allegra (at 4:30pm)

Other notes:
1. a bit congested sleeping. Door was open (but pollen is starting.)
2. air filter is no longer in the room
3. Napped (poorly) from 3:30-4:30, but was at some point unable to fall back asleep (wired)
