Comments:
I woke up hella early for NECF. It was kinda good but I didnt spend all day at it. Shifted everything and by 4 I needed to run. I didnt realize how nice it was outside today! Felt like a spring run, right before a track workout or like we were gearing up for a spring break trip... that temp brings back memories. Cut through West Point Grey straight down to the beach and then ran along to Waterloo and came back on the less steep side of the hill up Blenheim. I was fast along the beach. The tide caught me off guard too. It was so low the whole beach was exposed. I felt good today, like I was all wound up and needed a release, which I did.
Essentials: Stretch
Got back and stretched. Legs got kinda locked up and calves are sore now. Need to roll. Thats what happens on this cycle. I don't think walking yesterday was too stressful on my legs, probably actually loosened them up.
