Comments:
Another pretty quick one. Actually averaged 7:30! (Amazing for that early). Some R achilles stiffness.
Really working on:
1. Propelling "pelvis back" (which is half pawback)
2. "hip in" (but knee out) forward/landing
EIGHT clients today! Busy one! Pretty good energy, though, and I didn't feel wired/anxious
