Again, somehow got work done at home I had to stop myself to get out the door and run. It was sunny, a little chilly, but every once and a while I would get a whiff of warm, humid air. Very spring-like sensation and it was pleasant. Went into the woods to start. Started out fast too, all rilled up from the week. However once I got past Imperial, noticed legs started to get heavy. I took Hemlock up to 16th and by then, kinda slogged back. I forced myself to stop at the track and do some straightaways to shake out. Did two laps and they were surprisingly good, but as soon as I stared back, legs felt like rocks. Calves were like steel cables. Still, great to be out there. Vancouver persists, make it thorough the rain of December and January and spring is your reward.

Essentials: Stretch

Ok stretch when I got back, need to stick roll a lot. The soreness cycle continues. I was on my feet a lot this week too so that builds stamina as well I hope.
