Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Dragged myself into lab for a little bit with Jourdain today. Things didnt go as smooth as I had hoped but and I got braindead by the end. Came back and chilled then it took me a while to get motivated to get out and run. Started out slow. It was cloudy and windy, periods of little drizzle. Those were refreshing. Started down to the park past West Pt Grey Academy and cut into the trails to pee, then followed them to the water. Ran along water front to Trutch, then came back on 3rd. Wind was against me on that section but I had picked up my pace by then and was feeling in the flow. Ran back into the trails to pee again then came back almost same way but down Crown. I think I slowed down going up the hill as the rain started up again.
Essentials: Stretch
Good stretch when I got back need to roll a little bit more. Calves still sore. It was kinda dumpy weather today but good for running and chilling. Feeling burnt after this week, gotta recharge and get back to it. Lots of good work to do now.
