Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran with David mid-day. Coached posture then did 3:00's on the bark and 200s on the track.
Good to run with him and reinforce some key points (posture, aspects of doing strides, etc).
3s were unremarkable (if not boring), but they didn't feel amazing.
200s were clunkier than two weeks ago and not quite as fast:
35-high
34-high
33-mid?
