Weather: 30 and windy

Comments:
2 mile warmup, 2 laps of ins and outs, then 6x(400 @ 2 mile pace, 30 seconds rest, 200 @ 800 pace) with 3 mins rest. (72, 30), (71, 30), (70, 29), (70, 29), (69, 29), (68, 29). Pretty moderate workout, could've done two more. Last two 400s felt a lot of lactic acid buildup but 200s all felt pretty smooth. Aerobically everything was pretty simple
