Exercise Type: Run

Weather: sunny, some haze

Comments:
Did CA and Alexis' workout, solo. Slept in a bit, then ran around 8:30.

Felt OK. The paces didn't feel easy, but I ran relatively fast.

The bark felt soft but was...soft. Still slow. Did half-miles and a mile there:

2:50 (I think it was short, which is weird...the new marks are different).

2:00 rest after the 3s and 4:00 after the miles

Jogged in that two over to the track, then did a full mile. That was hard. Annoyingly. 6:05 should NOT be hard.

I almost bailed on the workout after that, but I didn't feel so bad, so I pushed one more 8.

The breathing was regulated (2-2) the whole time except that last 8 (and maybe the last lap of the mile).

Glad to have done it.

Rest of the day:
* sauna
* lunch
* annoying around the house errands and such to prep the house.

Late beers and "bachelor" (on the couch, too any chip) "dinner".
