Exercise Type: Bike

Keeping it easy on the calf. I think it may take a while to recover. Took the bike out again today. Biking is fun but its not as good of a workout. Went about 15 miles and barely broke a sweat. But it was nice sunny, still a little windy and an opportunity to get out and get the fresh air. Went down 37th and 39th to the greenway and took it all the way to the southern terminus, almost leveled with the airport. Haven't been down that far in a while felt a little like I was getting out of the city. Turned around and went back up the greenway then cut through Kits to the seaside path and went along there to Highbury. I was trying to push it where I could within the limits of my derailleurs. Also lots of other people out biking and I usually had to put on the jets to pass them. Ended at Queen Elizabeth and tried to do some striders and drills. Could feel the twinge a little bit still. A checkpoint now but glad I opted for the bike today. More rolling and rest this week.
