Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
OMG more amazing weather today. I heard the beach was packed, and health officials were saying that was good because it meant less people were hanging out inside. No one wants to take the measures Ontario is using. I ran some errands throughout the day then went for my little jog on the trails later afternoon. Cut through the bog then went down to Sasamat trail and back on Huckleberry. Decent number of folks out on the trails as well. Finished up at QEE and did Ibis 20 and another 800 with some pickups on the straight away, just to see if my legs still had it. Also the pavement and the speed feels unfamiliar, so I need to build that back up. Felt good today, same as yesterday. Calves clean knees a little sore and abs super sore. Finished up easy home.
Essentials: Stretch, roll
Good stretch and roll when I got back but all after I got a sandwich I was super hungry. Didnt eat quite enough today and was developing a cramp near the end of the run. Made it in time though. Gather a little more rolling and ice this evening. Good return this week just in time for the awesome weather. I hope it keeps up we deserve it after all the rain and if it helps curb spread and flattens the curve by getting people outside, I am all for it. Just stay away from me.
