Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I thought it was gonna rain today, but it didnt. Was a bit chilly and windy compared to rest of the week so something is rolling in. I went out at lunch time down to drugstore and then got out for run after my meetings. Its been a while so legs and feet were heavy. Felt unfamiliar. Calf was alright until the end when it started to tighten up a little bit. Fitness felt pretty good, just kinda awkward running cause I haven't gone this far in a while.
Essentials: Stretch, roll, abs
Good stretch and roll when I got back, finished up with abs. Calf still tight afterwards. Not the sharp strain feeling just some tightness, which is a good sign I guess means things are moving around and recalibrating. Needs some more care and careful tune up as I start running again. The support of the sleeves helps a lot.
