Carnarvon & Trafalgar

Comments:
It was surprisingly nice out today. I didnt really know it because I was inside all morning. Went out mid afternoon, testing the legs. Started out down 16th then turned at Carnarvon to stay on the grass, then looped around Trafalgar and came back up 22nd. Legs were a bit creaky, especially knees. Calf felt fine for most of the run. Coming back up the hill I slowed down a bit, was struggling. The lack of mileage is showing I think. Still, its definitely spring and its so great to be outside.

Essentials: Stretch, roll

Good stretch and roll when I got back. IT is feeling kinda tight, and after rolling calf felt better but it is a little sore. I hope its all equilibration and recalibration, and other things are not over compensating. Weather looks good here on out and legs feeling alright so lets get some mileage in.
