Comments:
long WU and met up w/ high school guys when they were warming up

3*5*200m Gordon hills, "one" = (sprinting up, short recovery, sprinting down, short recovery) w/ about 4-5 minute recovery between sets.

slooow cooldown because the 5 of us were gassed.

today wouldn't have been difficult if it wasn't for yesterday, so in other words it was a good workout. back to Case tomorrow! Hilt might come up to Case before Sunday to use the indoor track so I might do more 300s with him this weekend. so a tempo and possibly a long run or another track workout before Monday, plus whatever easy mileage.
