Jericho to Blenheim

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Putzin around at home, trying to take an off day. This week wasn't particularly taxing but I did spend a lot of time in the lab. Was kinda tired this morning. It was just another amazing day I was surprised when I got outside in the afternoon. Started out down to Jericho then went along the Blenheim and came back up that way. Opted for the ridge at the end, which I don't like going up. It was tough I felt pretty good through Jericho but then hit a wall and legs started to feel real tired. Coming up the hill, could tell I was dehydrated and gassed out. Really struggled to make it back down 20th. So overall, pace must have been pretty quick in the beginning. Got to shake out the rust sometime.

Essentials: Stretch, roll

Calves were kinda sore today. I took the time to stretch outside since it was just so nice and I needed some fresh air to simmer down. Got to do a bit more rolling later too, legs feeling like rocks today. Time to get used to the warm weather always puts a slog on my runs and takes a while to adjust. I just didnt think it would be getting that hot this summer but we shall see.
