Comments:
Dropped into lab for a little bit today. It was so nice out walked in and just took in the sunshine. Once I got back home, tried to digest but ended up getting a cramp right before I wanted to go out. Still thought that running might pass it so I went out anyways. Guess I went pretty slow a shame cause legs actually felt really good today. Went down 16th to Blenheim and up to Kits. I was planning on running through Jericho but as I rolled up to the beach, I got an anxiety attack from the huge crowds on the beach and in the park. I have not seen crowds that big since start of pandemic, and I am just not ready for it I don't care how low transmission is outside. I cut back into the woods and rolled up the hill through WPGA. Stopped off at QEE to do a few pick ups around the track and shake off the rest of the cramp. They were not great, felt cumbersome... It was good to add on just a little considering I didnt run yesterday.
Essentials: Stretch, roll
Didnt get a great stretch in cause I was still crampy need to roll out a bit more later. Calves feel good however. Maybe I just need to rehydrate a bunch also before fitting in the rest of the weeks milage tomorrow. Its might start getting toasty out soon, so hydration is going to be even more important.
