Treadmill Run

Comments:
Ran slowly, ran most of the 5 miles at 6.5-6.7 on treadmill. 0 incline. First time running in a while, legs felt great, everything felt good EXCEPT my upper chest started really feeling tight/painful around mile 2-2.75. It eventually went away or lessened. Left knee hurt a little after.
