Comments:
Even by 10-something it was scorching, but the boardwalk looking out onto Atlantic was pretty tight. When Boardwalk ended, I just kept going north and turned around after 2.5. Stretched a tiny bit. Strength was Heel-toe walks, hamstring kickbacks, calf raises, and superpeople.
