Comments:
Got out a bit later, around noon because it was raining pretty hard this morning. I found a gap but the ground was still very wet. Started out into the trails to keep the surface soft because I did a lot of roads yesterday and still working in the new shoes. It was a real blast out there, the trees blocked any rain that was coming down as well. Kinda crowded, I was surprised but hey that's what a raincoat is for. Ran down Sasamat to Clinton Salish then actually continued into the woods a little more doing Council to the other side of Sasamat. Came back on 16th and stopped off for potty break at QEE before fitting in a mile of straight aways. Those felt really good, especially after getting soaked on the run and my legs were kinda heavy so this was a good opportunity to shake things off. Surprised at how fast I felt even at 30.

Essentials: Stretch

Stretched outside on the street because I was really dirty. Need to roll a bit more too but overall calves feel really good. Shoes are settling in and they got their orientation to the trails, mud, and puddles today.
