Mega-tired and out of it today. Took 2 benadryls last night for my f-ing rash/bites, since the night before I woke up scratching like mad. Seriously, I'm spending 80% of this summer ITCHING! Anyway, they made me hung over as fuck ALL DAY. Sucks. Can't take 'em any more.

Got home around 1730 and went for a run, already tired. Ran a lot quicker -- a more "normal" 6:45 pace -- but I was tired. Both the legs (L>R) and feet felt really trashy, but otherwise it went OK. Zero pain once again in the knee. At this point, though, I need to be extremely wary of over-doing it. Got home and realized I've run almost 34 miles in 3 days! Easy day tomorrow.

Did circuits and made dinner; didn't finish dinner 'til after 9. Time flies...
