Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Into lab for part of the day just chipping away at the grind. It was pretty nice out today actually and I had a good bike in and out. Coming back, pushed it hard then turned around and headed out for a run right after. Pace started well, ran down to 12th then in the trails and looped around the golf course on Salish and Spanish trails. Came back on 8th and Discovery. Coming back, could tell pace was slowing down and I was getting tired and hungry and thirsty. Its getting warm out especially mid day. However there was a good breeze and I was in the shade most of the time. Combo bike and run was real solid at the end of the day but now I am pretty beat.
Essentials: Stretch
Stretched out in the street. Surprisingly flexible today. Also I was super drenched in sweat so it was nice to just sit and cool off a little bit and take in the breeze. Calves and blisters were pretty good today. I still got the sleeve on for support but they do not feel sore at all anymore.
