40 min mild run...I was kind of tired today and somewhat unmotivated...my Achilles was bothering me just a little, but not while I was running...it's fine :)

weights...no hip flexers
5 min rowing
5 min bike
and I shoveled the driveway again!
have to make up core and crunches / pushups... I am kind of getting behind schedule...sorry!
