Comments:
Opted for another night run even though it was much more manageable and mild today. I just didnt feel like heading out in the afternoon and tried to digest dinner before getting out. Partially worked. Felt a bit bloated and took it rather slow today, just shaking my legs out I guess. Been biking a lot recently so getting in the exercise for sure. It was a nice night and I just got it in cause that's what needs to be done.
Essentials: Stretch
Stretched outside while letting my dinner calm down. Need to drink up more water it cooled down but its still important to hydrate. Legs feel good after the short shakeout its good to add on especially if I run more days this week.
