Weather had finally taken a chill pill. I putzed around today and got out at reasonable time in the afternoon. Hit the trails today since I did lots of roads past two days. Its also nice and in the shade. Felt much better, swifter today and my gut wasn't as full. Held my pace well I think, went a bit further than 5 with the nice loop around Wesbrook Village. There is some happening going on over there for sure, looks like people are enjoying the summer to the delight of the developers I am sure. Coming back on Council it was a little crowded but I stayed steady.
Essentials: Stretch
Good stretch, tried to do a little bit outside but in the shade. Need to roll a little later, just all over to freshen up. Nothing is too tight but I haven't rolled out in a while because I am so sweaty when I get back I need to simmer down first.
