Comments:
I was putzin around a bit today and it took a while to get the motivation to get out and run. It was real nice after I did get out. DIdnt really know where to go so I just hit some trails and popped out on University and ended up doing a loop around campus down the Main Mall and back on 16th. There were not a lot of people out in the later part of the evening so I could pick my pace. Started out slow, legs were sore, then picked it up a bunch on the way back. On 16th I could see another runner ahead of me so I surged and dusted them by the time I got to QEE. Finished up easy from there.
Essentials: Stretch, roll
Had to stretch and roll and rehydrate today. Quads and hammies kinda tight and rolling really helped out there. Satisfied with the mileage today wasn't sure how long I was gonna go but I pushed it a bit and ended up benefitting.
