First Day back bay bay!!

Comments:
First day back and it felt grrrrreat! no pain what so ever but I need to be careful and not over-do it. Half mile warmup and 5x 45 second intervals felt amazing to be back out there! Calf are sore but icing and rolling and stretching. Weather was a crappy 43 degrees and raining!
