Comments:
Bike has 5 different levels of resistance.
15 min on 1, 10 min on 3, 5 min on 5, 10 min on 3, 15 min on 1.
Fairly relaxed, tried to keep around the same rpm's on all resistances. I wish I was outside, but it's cold and there's snow everywhere.
