Comments:
I went into lab today to make up for Wednesday. I walked in, legs were kinda sore afterwards. It was empty again. Ghost town. Its kinda sad but I did some work anyways. Cant complain about that. Now shit seems to be piling up though a wave is coming. I didnt want to stick around too late so I came back, rehydrated then hit the streets. Needed a run for sure after the past few days. Just cause that's the way things go. Started out to the Jericho woods then took Pt Grey Rd to Bayswater and wound back but came up the ridge instead of 16th. Had good pace going down the hill and on the flats, then tried to hold it and came back up without too much struggle actually. I think I was zoned out though and not really paying attention to the pace, just pushing it naturally. An feel some soreness from the sidewalks though.
Essentials: Stretch, roll
Had to take a breather and roll out once I got back. Ankles and calves are sore but legs feel generated up from the movement. It was good running weather too just to be out there was a gift.
