Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
I slept in today, then got out a little late. Good because it was starting to get warmer. Just sun and blue skies beaming down. Went out east, haven't gone that far in a while cause of my calf recovering. Just took 16th to Shaughnessy then down Olster and back on King Edward with a detour through Arbutus Village. Lots of roads, lots of straightaways, but you can get into a groove and good pace and really work it. I felt fine going out and held up well coming back, even on the hill sections which show up here and there and you just got to throw down to get up them. I finished up with a surge on Crown to trying to get the good long run pace. Didnt see many other runners out, it was kinda quiet but a perfect day for a long run. Reminded me of those long sections out on Shaker...

Essentials: Stretch

Stretched outside while rehydrating. I lost a lot of fluids out there. Legs not too sore however, though they would be after yesterday and all the biking I did as well. Felt cushioned and comfortable in my shoes. Could roll out a little later but my legs are too soaked right now to get any benefits.
