recovery run

Was going to do the 5.9 polo fields run, but i saw erika like 3 minutes in, and since i hadn't seen her in like 2 years, we ran together. that meant me slowing down a lot because after her surgery she's not in very good shape, but it was fun to catch up, and i did want this to be a recovery run, so no harm done. she was only going like 3.5 so i added on a little at the end, but at that point it was getting late and i THOUGHT i had a tennis date with my friend but then the loser cancelled on me. anyway, i'll have to make up the mileage but it shouldn't be a big problem.
