Ride the Ridge

Comments:
Lazy day. Felt very weird after being so out and about past week. I don't really like being so lazy. I was kinda sore this morning from finally getting back into it, but it actually felt like some sense of normality. I stuck to the streets today went down Crown to 37th to Larch then back on Arbutus Ridge. Nice for a 5 mile loop. I ate too many damn peanuts before heading out and was kinda cramped, not great. Still tried to keep the pace consistent but it was slow and struggling. Also, deceptively warm out as I thought it was gonna rain but it was just muggy.

Essentials: Stretch

Ok stretch, nothing too sore. Mostly focused on rehydration, I think I really needed that.
