Comments:
End of a tough week for some reason. Got to get my head back in the game. I know what needs to be done, so that's not the hard part just work towards it. Got out the door and went for a real nice run down to the beach. Basic route for me felt like clock work. I think I was a little dehydrated or hungry because along the way, struggled a little bit but turned it around as I came back up 16th. I didnt get out too close to biking home but felt like the mileage was solid.

Stretched when I got back. Legs will probably be sore but that's fine.
