Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I definitely needed a run, but was tired at the end of the day and week. This week was much better for some reason, but shows I am just riding the coaster. Campus was bumpin at the end of the day kids made it through to the first weekend. I got out a little later and wasn't sure where to go or what to do, so I just headed down Crown to 41st and kept going to Kerrisdale. When you don't run everyday, you just need to get it in when possible so I am glad I kept going. Pace was pretty good actually, only started to struggle once I got back into Dunbar. I came back on 33rd. Stomach was cramping up because it was dinner time. Legs feeling all the sidewalks also and this route is surprisingly hilly.
Essentials: Stretch, roll
Had to hydrate and eat something immediately after coming back. Then I stretched and had to roll too because I noticed legs were kinda sore, usually don't go this far in the beginning of the weekend. I want those miles though and they only come through hard work on the streets.
