Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Moving slow today I had to go down to Kits and it wasn't raining really, but weather was weird felt on the edge of sunny/humid and cloudy/crisp. Anyways, I waited a little later in the afternoon to run to gear my stomach up and avoid cramps. Pretty well timed. Ran down Camosun to the trails then came back on Imperial and Sasamat. I threw in a few tempo surges here and there just because I was feeling good. Cant pass up those opportunities. And plus, that's what its all about what I am looking for. Came back a little slower once I came out on 16th.
Essentials: Stretch, roll
Better stretch today when I got back. Had more time to focus on it. Feet feel a little tight afterwards. but I was on soft surfaces today. Maybe some more rolling next few days will help. Definitely getting my exercise in recently with all the walking, biking, and increased mileage.
