Comments:
True night run. More grind in the lab just chopping away. It wasn't stressful or laborious but I do have lots going on. A clam chaos. Rode down to Kits for some drinks then digested off before going out pretty late. No one was out really. But that's fine, I needed to be out there. Pace was good. Things were feeling tight sitting down all day past few days in lab so I was looking forward to taking things for a spin. Ran down to Jericho then came back on Macdonald and 16th. Easy stuff knew where I was going in the dark.

Essentials: Stretch, roll

Had to stretch and roll when I returned since hammier and calves and Achillies were feeling a little bit tight before and after. Felt fine during though. Man, beat down this week its just part of the grind.
