Comments:
Lazy day and I didnt realize how nice it was outside. Its a crisp fall day with the sun peeking out for us. I was tired from this week and it kinda carried over to run today. Legs a bit heavy. I had good downhill starting out, went straight down Crown to 41st then just ran along until I hit 20 mins, which was at Trafalgar then came back on 31st. Again, this route is surprisingly hilly and I took my time up and down. Didnt feel that fast and glad I went a little longer last night.
Essentials: Stretch, roll
Had to rehydrate and stretch a lot when I got back. Calves kinda tight, and legs just sore. Good effort to get something in however. I put a lot of walking mileage in this week so that may be a source of heavy legs.
