Hilton Head Beach

Comments:
Ran down the beach today in the afternoon. It was low tide and a straight shot down on a wide open beach. Kinda a mind trip in some sense just one foot in front of the other for miles. I made it down to the tip and turned the corner then came back. Turned at 17 then ended up negative splitting it a little bit even. It was kinda oppressive when the sun came out and I had to ditch the shirt and brave my way back. I should have looked up more the sun was really cool peaking through the majestic clouds. Looked like a painting. I surged back and tried to keep the pace because I knew this was a straight shot.

I was gased when I got back and had to walk it back actually. Legs are sore and had to adjust to the hard sand pack the was left by the low tide.
