Still sore from workout on saturday.
Walked 1/2 mile before slowly running. Started on 6 until mile 4 where I crept the speed up .2 each 1/4 mile. Ended with 7 and 8 for a tenth.
Good to log the miles, but need to get faster. Way behind what I think I should be doing.
