Waterfront Trail

Trying to get back to a grind today with apps and work. I have so much to keep me busy actually its pretty crazy. I wanted to run and enjoy the outdoors though and just spur of the moment popped up and headed out mid afternoon. A warm fall day. Ran down Cherry and then the waterfront trail. Doing work putting in new docks and they totally blasted away the Haunt, which I was surprised by. Ran across railroad tracks and through IHS as school was getting out. It was a mobscene but I felt like I just drifted through. I know I used to be a part of that but now things have just moved on and its a new era. Ran back down Aurora and under the bridge on Green St. Traffic was crazy around there lots of cars and lots of detours makes a gridlock shit show. I picked up the pace so I could blast through.

Essentials: Stretch

Ok stretch when I got back. I had to get some hydration going though noticed I was thirsty and it was kinda warm out. Haven't ran in a few days so legs feel pretty sore. Need to dig out the roller and get on that or do some more stretching to get back into it and have my legs feel fresh.
