Comments:
Busy today even though it was a beautiful day. I got outside for my test and some bagels. Had to run a little late and it was still pretty warm out. Ran up to the South Hill Recway first then continued up to IC and ran the edge of campus before cutting down through Hudson. It wasn't too long but had to fight some good hills up there. Also lots of little nats out were really annoying and getting in my eyes. I felt pretty good today mostly because I was just wound up and let it release on the streets.

Essentials: Stretch

A short stretch when I got back cause I was sweaty and I had to clean up quickly. Legs kinda sore today, hope to fit in a little bit more mileage before settling back into the grind schedule, where I expect to keep up the long run distance.
