Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Last day at home and I wasn't too motivated, racked up on getting ready to travel. Its worth it but also a pain, and kinda motivates me to want to come back to east coast long term. I think I got it under control though and it definitely feels like its time to get back to the grind. All this application work is fun though and makes me feel like I can see a glimmer of light ahead, something that was totally lacking in 2020 and something we need to push the journey ahead in a meaningful way. I ran as it looked like some storms were moving in. Went down Albany Seneca and all the way up to Collegetown. I wanted to see it alive and busy and see the new CTB. Came down bottom of Libe slope and University then back down Cascadilla and Corn. Kinda slowed down a little bit near the end gawking at all the new construction around that I missed. Never ended up raining but it was real humid.
Essentials: Stretch
Good stretch in the backyard as I cooled down. Was stormy at first but sun started to peek through. Legs feel beat down. I don't feel all that rested up for some reason, I feel more rested in the groove. Maybe just not used to schlepping around as much anymore. Eitherway its important to get out now and I certainly respect that.
