Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Slept in a lot today. Just catch up. I had to get out and run errands and I missed the big chunk of rain which was good. Ran out into it for a little bit. It wasn't too bad. I was tired but felt mostly digested from lunch. Ran out Imperial and was actually feeling pretty good but when I started to loop back on Council, I remember I had some trail mix not too long before heading out and that started to bubble up. Pace slowed down a bit and my legs started to get heavy. Struggled to get back. It wasn't raining by the time I returned but I was very muddy.
Essentials: Stretch
Ok quick stretch when I got back. Had to drink and eat something to recover. Legs kinda tired, IDK how they hold up in a long run after getting back to this work week. No problem easing back into it though.
