Comments:
I was tired from the week and slept in a bit. Good recovery. DG wanted to go back down to the marina today but I just needed to catch up on stuff and recharge. It was a nice chilly sunny day today and I got to catch some of it out on the streets. Felt pretty good considering recent training. Went down to Jericho and came back down Macdonald. I didnt want to go too far or hard and aggravate something. Felt reasonable, maybe a little bit cramped coming back. But it felt like a refresher to get out there and get some crispy fall air and get my legs going.

Essentials: Stretch

Good stretch when I got back probably a little bit dehydrated too. I needed to get some water and refuel there. Gonna be a little sore but need to roll it back in and get some long mileage in to reset lab flow as well.
