Nice run to the hill, only did four sets as I promised myself if I did the fourth set under 4 minutes I would get the fifth off. I'm glad I did, started the fifth anyway and then stopped.

Surprised at how fast the last one was in comparison, but I feel pretty good I guess. I have to be more consistent. Every week I start off great and then trail off. I want to run 2500 miles this year or more and that means I have to pretty much average 50 miles per week. That's my goal this week. 50 or bust.
