Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Just a cold, grey, rainy and muddy day. I had errands to run but did not mind chillin after a long week on my feet. My run timing was crazy good today. It did get a little dark in the woods but I know where I am going so its alright. Then coming back down 16th, could hear thunder and lots of it and it started to rain pretty hard. I was back and the rain kept coming but when I went outside to look it was actually hail! I would have gotten creamed if I went 10 mins later or went a little further. Felt good to be back inside. On the run, tried to throw in some surges whenever there was a hill. Those were good but it was chilly enough that my quads could feel the sting of the rain.

Essentials: Stretch

Easy stretch, feeling a little better but kinda sore probably adjusting to the chill. Good mileage today when not a lot of folks were out running. Its that time of year now especially with Daylights Savings. Darkness is now upon us.
